Welcome to the Miss McHenry Princess Program, a fun, confidence-building experience, designed especially for young girls ages 5 – 9. This program focuses on friendship, kindness, confidence, creativity, and learning how to shine – both on and off the stage – in a positive and age-appropriate environment. The goal is to create magical memories while teaching valuable life skills such as communication, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and community pride.

Princess Contestants Must:
Be a girl ages 5 – 9
Attend all rehearsals
Reside within the boundaries of McHenry School District 15, Harrison School District 36, or Johnsburg School District 12
Pay a $75 fee to join
Understand this is a non-competitve mentoring program
Be ready to build friendships, show kindness & confidence, and have fun!
The Princess Program is non-competitive: princesses do not compete for titles or awards. However, if your princess is paired with the winning Miss McHenry, she may be invited to participate in official appearances and activities during her reign. She will also have the opportunity to represent the Miss McHenry Pageant in the Miss McHenry County Fair Pageant in Woodstock, IL, the following year (2007), provided she meets the eligibility requirements and wishes to participate. Participation is optional, and the Miss McHenry Pageant Committee will cover all entry expenses.
